Developed an AAPI Civic Power Impact Brief

DTC developed Beyond the Ballot: Mobilizing Asian Greek Life for AAPI Civic Power, a 14-page presentation and impact brief that distilled the larger research initiative into its most significant findings, barriers, policy themes, organizational implications, and implementation strategies. Rather than expecting stakeholders to navigate multiple long-form documents, the brief created a concise communications asset that brought the project’s major components together.

The impact brief also presented the engagement through a simple “Data → Policy → Action” framework, visually connecting the national research report, policy blueprint, and organizational action plan. That structure made clear that the deliverables were designed as parts of a single research-to-implementation process rather than as separate products.

Through the full engagement, DTC helped NAPA move from survey data to research, from research to policy analysis, from policy to organizational strategy, and from strategy to accessible communications. The final impact brief gave NAPA a way to communicate that work while preserving the deeper research and implementation infrastructure developed behind it.
