Building the Digital Infrastructure for a National Political Movement
Dare to Change developed the Abot Kaya Partylist website as a central digital platform for communicating its vision, policy agenda, membership structure, organizing model, and pathways for Filipinos to participate in building the movement.
DTC developed the website strategy, information architecture, messaging, user experience, design, and content framework for Abot Kaya Partylist. The platform was structured to clearly present Abot Kaya’s policy agenda around Affordable Life, Economic Mobility, and Government That Works, while giving visitors a deeper understanding of the movement’s priorities across areas such as healthcare, education, housing, economic opportunity, and government performance. The website was designed to make these policy ideas understandable and accessible rather than presenting them only as traditional political messaging.
The website also serves as organizing infrastructure. DTC created pathways for membership registration, chapter development, community participation, policy engagement, resources, and opportunities for Filipinos in the Philippines and abroad to become involved. The structure supports Abot Kaya’s approach to building participation from the local level upward, giving members and prospective chapters a centralized place to understand the organization, its priorities, and ways to contribute to its work.
More broadly, DTC designed the website to support Abot Kaya’s development from an emerging political initiative into a more structured national organization. By connecting policy communication, membership growth, chapter organizing, civic education, public engagement, and digital infrastructure, the platform provides a foundation that can evolve as Abot Kaya expands its programs, local networks, policy work, and organizational presence.
