Designing Sambran’s Flagship Program Ecosystem
DTC worked with Sambran to move from broad organizational priorities into clearly defined program models serving autistic and developmentally disabled individuals, caregivers, AAPI families, immigrant communities, and other underserved populations. The program development process connected identified community needs with specific interventions, participant experiences, intended outcomes, implementation requirements, and future opportunities for scale.
This work resulted in a portfolio of flagship initiatives including the Caregiver Collective, focused on caregiver navigation, support, confidence, and resilience; Pathways for Life, centered on lifelong development, independence, community participation, and social connection; Culture of Care, focused on culturally responsive developmental health education, stigma reduction, and community awareness; and the Sambran Family Leadership Network, designed to elevate families as advocates, ambassadors, community leaders, and partners in organizational decision making.
Beyond naming programs, DTC developed the broader program architecture and service delivery framework behind them, including target populations, activities, participant journeys, outputs, outcomes, pilot considerations, implementation planning, and opportunities for measurement and expansion. The result was a program ecosystem that gave Sambran a stronger foundation for fundraising, partnerships, direct service delivery, evaluation, advocacy, and future growth in both the United States and the Philippines.
