10 Year Social Impact Report

DTC developed CEP’s 10 Year Social Impact Report, translating a decade of programs, services, advocacy, organizing, policy engagement, and organizational growth into a structured account of what the organization has accomplished. Rather than simply cataloging activities, the report helped establish a clearer record of CEP’s community reach, programmatic impact, policy contributions, institutional development, and broader social value.

DTC also developed annual impact briefs to complement the longer term report, giving CEP a more timely mechanism for communicating current programming, outcomes, priorities, and organizational growth to funders, government officials, partners, donors, and community stakeholders. Together, these materials created a more consistent impact reporting infrastructure connecting historical accomplishments with current results.

The strategy has expanded into research and data development as well. DTC has helped CEP secure resources for community research so the organization can strengthen the evidence behind future programs, policy recommendations, advocacy, and funding requests. This allows CEP to pair lived community experience with stronger documentation and data, increasing its capacity to demonstrate both the need for investment and the results of its work.
