Building a Digital Hub for Haitian Community Services, Programs & Organizational Growth
Dare to Change developed Konbit Neg Lakay’s website as a centralized digital platform for connecting community members with programs, services, resources, events, and opportunities to engage with the organization.
DTC developed the website strategy, structure, messaging, user experience, design, and digital infrastructure for Konbit Neg Lakay (KNL). The website was organized to make the organization’s growing range of services easier to understand and access, including workforce and healthcare training programs, community initiatives, youth programming, events, and other services supporting Haitian and immigrant communities.
The platform was also designed around practical community access. DTC helped strengthen pathways for program registration, appointment and booking requests, year round soccer enrollment, community space rental, organizational updates, and service information, allowing the website to function as an operational resource rather than simply an informational page. The structure also gave KNL greater flexibility to continuously update programs, opportunities, and community resources as its work expands.
More broadly, the website helped bring KNL’s programs, communications, and organizational identity into a more cohesive digital presence. By connecting website development, program visibility, community access, communications, and organizational infrastructure, DTC created a platform that can continue evolving as KNL expands its services, partnerships, programming, and community reach.
