Building APNA’s Digital Communications, Design & Video Infrastructure
DTC manages APNA’s social media strategy, content planning, copywriting, program promotion, community announcements, campaign communications, partnership messaging, calls to action, and rapid response content. Because APNA operates across multiple service areas and communities, the communications strategy focuses on making information timely, understandable, and useful while maintaining a consistent organizational voice across programs and initiatives.
DTC also provides ongoing graphic design and visual communications for APNA’s programs, events, food distributions, civic engagement initiatives, fundraising efforts, public announcements, partnerships, advocacy materials, and organizational campaigns. For APNA, design functions as part of the organization’s community access infrastructure, helping residents quickly understand what services are available, when programs are happening, who is eligible, and how to participate.
Video production is another major component of the engagement. DTC develops and produces videography, Reels, short form videos, program recaps, event coverage, interviews, and impact storytelling, supporting the full process from concept and messaging through filming, editing, and distribution. Together, these communications systems help APNA promote services, document impact, strengthen partnerships, support fundraising, and build a visible record of the organization’s work across the communities it serves.
